Marianist priest born in Zumaia (Gipuzkoa, Basque Country). He died in Caracas at 86 years old. He focused his social work in the neighborhoods of Western Caracas.

In Donostia we remember him, among other destinations, as director of the Santa Maria school (Catholic School of Saint Mary), parish priest of the parish of Saint Mary Queen, both in Donostia, and, director of the San Pedro School in Zumaia Gipuzkoa). In Venezuela he was main promoter and director of the City of Hope (Ciudad de la Esperanza), in the Caracas neighborhood of Catia, where he developed a fruitful work.

These very last years, after being diagnosed with a serious illness, he decided to stay in Venezuela and spend his last years in Caracas, where he has now died.
