Accessibility means access to information without limitation due to impairment, disability or handicap. Many people come to our pages from very different contexts from ours, since ...

• They may have trouble hearing, or seeing or with mobility 
• They may have difficulty reading or understanding 
• Maybe they cannot use the keyboard or mouse 
• They may have a text-only browser, a small screen or a slow connection 
• Etc. 

Accessibility is not only of interest to people with disabilities but also improves the general access to the web. To that end, our accessibility guidelines are:

• We comply with the WCAG standards (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) protocol WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative), its level A and parts of the AA and AAA. These rules are applicable worldwide and are officially recognized as an Internet standard by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium). 
• The verification of compliance with these guidelines is done through the Web Accessibility Test (TAW). This is a tool promoted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Services for the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
